The Reservoir Characterization Department is seeking a top Hydrogeologist to join their world class team.

As the successful applicant you will have the expertise to design water wells for clients with specific drilling, and completion requirements.

You will have the expertise to design pump tests, and analyze this data to evaluate well efficiency, and aquifer productivity.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor's degree in Geology; a Masters’ degree or higher in Hydrogeology or a related science, will reduce the prerequisite work required.

You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in hydrogeology studies and well construction; including groundwater flow, variable density, and solute transport modeling.

The candidate will be competent in at least one industry standard mapping, and modeling software (Petrel, GOGAD, and Roxar).

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Work across a multidisciplinary team, conduct groundwater studies and analysis to interpret, and map hydrogeologic and chemical data.

Develop conceptual groundwater models, build simulation models for groundwater flow, variable density, and solute transport.

Conduct assessments on the impact of the company’s activities on the groundwater resources to ensure adequate management and protection of resources.
